· Tickets.
Tickets for the event will go on sale on the 2nd January 2009, but until then people are advised to pre-order the tickets on this link as soon as they can. All you need to is email the ticket office on tickets@yorkshirepromotions.co.uk
All you need to do is send us details on how many tickets you need, contact number and your name. NO credit card details need to be sent at this moment. By reserving your tickets this doesn't mean you have to buy them when they come on sale. This is just a great way of reserving your tickets.
The ticket prices haven't been arranged this will be decided by the bands we get to play. Email the ticket office on tickets@yorkshirepromotions.co.uk now to reserve your tickets.

· Venue to be announced.
Yorkshire Promotions will very soon announce the venue for this great gig that will happen in Yorkshire on the 11th of July 2009.
We have three potential venues for this exciting gig. The details for the gig will be announced first on this page. We feel people don’t get to go to this type of festival due to the high prices demanded by organizers, we feel the cost of our tickets will reflect this. We will also offer a 15% discount for 2010 on 2009 prices if you buy tickets before the end of March 2009. This is to reward existing people and ensure this gig happens in 2010.
· Bands to be announced.
Yorkshire Promotions will very soon announce the leading bands for this great gig that will happen in Yorkshire on the 11th of July 2009.
· Unsigned talent.
Yorkshire Promotions also have a different view compared to some organizers by promoting the best unsigned talent in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. We also plan to invite the biggest names in terms of record labels to the gig to ensure you have the best chance of been spotted and thus the best chance of been signed from these companies. Any bands that want to get a "piece of the action" should email us on bands@yorkshirepromotions.co.uk as soon as you can. This really will be a superb chance of promoting yourselves.
You won't get a better chance, well you will but you will have to wait another year, for the second event which we aim will run for a whole weekend in 2010. We believe that with the leading bands we have planned to play this really will be a fantastic opportunity for you.
As a bonus to market yourselves we will offer three bands the chance to play on the main stage later in the night, the crowd will vote for this based on your performance. So could the 11th of July 2009 be your big day?!
